Insul-8 Standard Duty C-Track Festoon — General Purpose Cable Management for US Crane and Industrial Applications
Insul-8 Standard Duty C-Track festoon systems are rated at 20-40 lbs per trolley at speeds up to 130-250 feet per minute — the most widely used Insul-8 festoon configuration for standard US overhead crane, monorail, gantry crane, jib crane, water treatment, car wash, plating line, and general industrial material handling applications where the full structural capacity of the Heavy Duty C-Track specification is not required.
Standard Duty C-Track is available in galvanized steel for standard industrial environments. Flat cable trolleys, round cable trolleys, tow bar trolleys, and control unit trolleys are available across the Standard Duty range. Neoprene flat festoon cables are used on cranes, hoists, and other machines with substantial variations in lateral and transverse motions — suitable for indoor or outdoor applications where oil resistance and low-temperature flexing are required, with the neoprene jacket rated at -40°C to 90°C with UV inhibitor and ethylene propylene rubber conductor insulation rated at 90°C. UL and CSA listed. PVC flat cable is also available in standard yellow jacket or black jacket for outdoor applications.
