CT100: Transfer Gap guide

This Transfer Gap Guide puts an end to misaligned conductor bars and sporadic power supply, hindering the productivity and functionality of overhead cranes. The CT100 Transfer Gap Guide tracks the collector through mispositioned bars 1/8” to ½” (3-13 mm) laterally and up to 1/8” in the direction of contact. There is no need for self-centering collectors but it is recommended that dual collectors should be in use if power interruptions cannot be tolerated.

How to use: 
Conductors must be mounted on 3" (76 mm) centers minimum. Install conductor 1-1/2” (38 mm) into guide throat.
