The FE-908-2 is a 110-amp Figure Eight conductor bar section from Duct-O-Bar's rolled galvanized steel line, built to supply continuous power to overhead cranes, trolleys, monorails, hoists, conveyors, automated storage and retrieval systems, and other moving-power applications. Crane-Controls.com stocks the FE-908-2 as a complete 10 ft (120") assembly — the conductor bar itself, an orange PVC insulating cover, splice cover, and connector pins or joint clamps as applicable, as furnished by the manufacturer.
This is the indoor-use configuration: the orange PVC insulating cover is intended for indoor systems operating at ambient temperatures up to 71°C (160°F); it's not recommended for outdoor use in direct sunlight. A separate outdoor configuration uses a gray PVC insulating cover with an ultraviolet additive, also rated to the same 71°C (160°F) ambient. A green cover variant (FE-908-2-G) is available separately.
