The PF39030002 is a TER Charlie pendant control station built with two-speed pushbutton control and an integrated emergency-stop pushbutton. Like other Charlie pendants, it functions as an auxiliary control station: it sends command signals to a crane's motor starters, contactors, or PLC rather than switching motor power directly, giving the operator two-speed control of a single crane motion from a compact, hand-held enclosure.

This is a standard configuration — 3 actuators total: two pushbuttons that together control the two opposing directions of a single motion (for example, hoist up and down, or bridge/trolley forward and reverse), each pushbutton providing two-speed control for its own direction — a lighter partial press for low speed, a full press for high speed — with an electrical interlock preventing both directions from being commanded at once.
